After confirm the booth, the Exhibitor should fill in the Space Application Form and send it back to Organizer via fax or email. According to the Space Application Form, the Organizer will make the formal contract for the Exhibitor and send it to Exhibitor with the Exhibitor Manual and invoice. Before the payment deadline the Exhibitor should pay all the exhibition fee into the Organizer's account.
